How We Use Information
We use Personal Information to establish and fulfill our relationship with you, including to process intake, manage subscriptions, send daily letters and service updates, understand what people want from the service, communicate with you, provide customer support, and improve the product.
We also use Personal Information to personalize and improve the service, generate letters based on your goals and preferences, measure website and email performance, analyze usage, conduct surveys or market research, develop new features, prevent fraud or misuse, secure the service, enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and legitimate business interests.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you. We do not sell your Personal Information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money.
AI-Assisted Personalization
We may use AI tools to help generate personalized letters. To do that, we may process goal information, tone preferences, letter preferences, and related context through those tools. We use this information to provide and improve the service.
