Letters from Future You is a waitlist and early access website operated by Soverum LLC ("Letters from Future You," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, receive, use, store, share, transfer, and process information when you visit our website, join the waitlist, receive our emails, or otherwise interact with us.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "personally identifiable information" or "Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular person or household. Personal Information does not include information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably identify you.

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive emails from us, including early access updates, service announcements, and marketing communications where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails or by contacting us. We may still send transactional or administrative messages when needed.

Payments

The waitlist does not collect payment information. If we later offer paid subscriptions, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, under their own privacy policies and security practices.

How We Share Personal Information

We may share Personal Information with service providers that perform services on our behalf, including website hosting, email delivery, payment processing, customer support, analytics, security, database storage, cloud computing, automation, and generative AI services. These providers may process Personal Information as needed to provide services to us.

We may also share Personal Information with professional advisors, regulators, law enforcement, courts, tax authorities, or other parties where required by law or where necessary to protect our rights, users, business, or the public. AI-Assisted Personalization

If we later use AI tools to help generate personalized letters, we may process goal information and related context through those tools. The waitlist itself is used to collect early access interest and product-shaping feedback.

Security

International Processing

We are based in the United States and may use service providers located in the United States and other countries. If you access the service from outside the United States, your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 16, we will delete it as quickly as reasonably possible.
